Reiki

Reiki sessions offer gentle energetic support during periods of stress, fatigue, emotional overwhelm, or recovery. This work is quiet and non-directive. It focuses on relaxation, regulation, and nervous system support rather than analysis or decision-making.

What to expect

Reiki is a gentle energy practice that restores balance and supports the body’s natural ability to heal. It works on the physical, emotional, and spiritual levels, easing the mind, settling the nervous system, and reconnecting you to your own inner wisdom.

In your session, you’ll rest comfortably (in person or virtual) while Reiki energy flows to release stress.

My approach

I view Reiki as a form of supportive self-care — a way to help the nervous system shift out of stress and into rest.

Sessions are non-directive and client-led. Some people feel deeply relaxed, others feel clearer or more grounded, and some simply enjoy having dedicated time to rest. There is no “right” experience.

I don’t interpret, diagnose, or push outcomes. I trust your body to take what it needs from the session.
